Small Class Sizes for Optimal Learning


We deliberately limit our class sizes to create a more intimate and interactive learning environment. This approach allows for:

Why we have a strict policy for Cancelation?

Our cancellation and transfer policies help us maintain these small class sizes and the high-quality educational experience our students expect. When a student cancels or transfers close to the class start date, it can be challenging to fill that spot, potentially impacting the dynamic of the class and the experience of other students.

We appreciate your understanding of these policies as they allow us to continue offering premium woodworking education in an optimal learning environment.

 

Cancellation Policy

**When Can I Cancel?**

You can cancel your enrollment at any time. However, the refund amount varies depending on when you cancel.

**Refund Policy**

- 30+ days before the class: 100% of your payment will be refunded.

- 8 to 29 days before the class: 50% of your payment will be refunded.

- 0 – 7 days before the class: No refunds are available.

**How to Cancel**

To cancel, you must email. Phone calls, texts, and social network comments are not considered valid cancellation notifications.

If the School cancels a class, we will refund 100% of your tuition.

 

Class Transfers

**Transfer Policy**

You may be able to transfer to another class within the same calendar year. Each transfer incurs a $95 transfer fee.

**When Can I Request a Transfer?**

You can request a transfer at any time, but the amount of tuition you can transfer varies.

**Transferable Tuition**

- 30+ days before the class: 100% of your tuition payment is available for transfer.

- 8 to 29 days before the class: 75% of your tuition payment, less the $95 transfer fee, can be transferred.

- 0 – 7 days before the class: No tuition can be transferred.

**How to Request a Transfer**

To transfer, you must email. Phone calls, texts, and social network comments are not considered valid cancellation notifications.

 

Additional Information

  • Outstanding balances must be paid 14 days before the start of the class.
  • intelligentECOM reserves the right to withdraw any student who has not paid in full 14 days before the start of class and the deposit is not refundable.
